To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process all returns.

Health, personal care, or hygiene-related items.
Partial Refunds

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was purchased and shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent directly to them.
